At the very start of Chapter 2: Season 2, Midas activated several sleeper agents battling loopers within The Loop. These included: Lynx, Bushranger, Brutus, Agent Peely, and even Journey.
Throughout the season, it's revealed that the war between GHOST and SHADOW is nothing more than a way for Midas and his daughter Jules to work on constructing his Device underneath The Agency (consisting of one large orb machine, and five pylons) without anyone suspecting, as Midas does not need GHOST or SHADOW as much as they need him. The orb machine was hidden underneath the main building itself, while the pylons were underneath five newly-built hatches under the water surrounding The Agency. Midas wanted to destroy The Storm, which would subsequently break The Loop and escape it. Midas' project was going directly against the Imagined Order, who wanted to preserve The Loop and keep it running.ear the very end of the season, Midas began charging the orb machine. The Device went through three stages. Initially, a bright yellow 'core' appeared within the orb, consisting of pure energy. Next, tendril-like structures were emitted from the core, slamming into the outer glass of the orb. At the final stage, the core grew bigger and brighter, and the tendrils grew larger and stronger. At this point, some of the tendrils managed to breach the outer casing, although they were channeled and rerouted back into the orb. While this happened, No Sweat Insurance built themselves a new office in Lazy Lake and insured Pleasant Park, Sweaty Sands, Frenzy Farm and Holly Hedges against a flood scenario, with dozens of No Sweat Insurance signs being placed on those POIs.After the failure of Midas' plan, Midas exiled himself and stopped working as leader of GHOST and a girl named Ocean took his place as leader of GHOST on the meantime, and at the same time, SHADOW rebuilt the destroyed Agency, turning it into the The Authority and pushing all GHOST members out of the main Island, while The Wall Of Water created by The Storm stopped holding and caused the Island to become flooded and trash islands to form.Following the flooding of the Island, GHOST built their new society the southeast corner of the Island, naming their new home The Fortilla. After the heroes had arrived in the Island, the now confused Fortnite characters (Raven, Lynx, Recruit Jonesy, and Peely) prepared to fight and so did the heroes, but Thor defused the situation, and points to the real danger, Galactus, who is fast approaching the islandSeeing the threat of the Devourer of Worlds, Tony Stark, after recovering his memories, formulates a plan to defeat Galactus and send him back to their Reality, and so phase 1 of his begun. He built and placed 13 Temporal Beacons around the area of Frenzy Farm and The Orchard, activating all of them after that. The Temporal Beacons then started bringing several locations from the Marvel Reality, before creating a green bubble around Frenzy Farm and The Orchard and bringing the landmass of Upstate New York into the Island, with Tony Stark's house and more importantly, Stark Industries, where phase 2 of his plan would take place.
With phase 1 of his plan over, phase 2 begun and Tony Stark started upgrading Battle Buses with Jet engines and wings, then placing Gamma Radiation Bombs inside them. At the same time, Galactus deployed his Gorgers on the Island to fight the Heroes and the Loopers.
After he was done upgrading the Battle Bus, phase 2 concluded, and phase 3 of his plan started, which had Tony Stark hack The Loop to multiply the few Battle Buses he had upgraded into the billions, and then left them in The In-Between, where the loopers would be teleported to once Galactus started consuming The Zero Point. He then placed Stark Industries Jetpacks in the chests, so that loopers would use them once the time came.
On November 21st, as phase 3 of Tony Stark's plan concluded, a countdown timer was set in the Helicarrier, counting down to Galactus's arrival in the Island
the following seasons
Following the End of the Battle against The Devourer of Worlds, Agent Jones wakes up in his office answering a phone call from his boss). He is exhilarated to announce that the Heroes had defeated Galactus.
He is told that the Zero Point is exposed and is ordered to enter The Loop, reseal The Bridge and not let anyone escape, which he does right away. However, he rushes away too quick, missing his boss saying "...And do not to draw the attention of The Seven." Jones exits the office and enters The Bridge, planning to gather some of the best hunters across all realities to prevent Loopers from escaping the Loop.
He then sets the Zero Point's coordinates and drops down into it, revealing the Desert biome that it had created. As Agent Jones hopped into different realities across The Omniverse, Reality started breaking down. The Zero Point created portals to each of the Realities that Jones went into, and got progressively worse the more Agent Jones used the power of The Zero Point to go to other Realities.
Before Jones could finish gathering hunters, The Zero Point became seriously damaged and unstable, beginning to send Reality Waves across the Island. After The Zero Point released it's final blast, it created a autumn themed path of destruction on the island, removing the sand from the Desert and erasing all technology in it's path, heavily damaging the remaining Tilted Towers buildings in Boney Burbs and almost completely destroying the Colossal Coliseum, and creating a mini Tower on all of it's ends. A village was then built around the tower created by The Foundation worshipping the tower now known as The Spire, another village was built on the remains of the Colossal Coliseum, and The Spire like outposts were created around the mini Towers.Sometime after The Zero Point had been sealed within The Spire, Tarana reaches to The Looper about a strange device containing a message that she found, asking The Looper to gather artifacts for her in exchange. Once The Looper is done, Tarana tells The Looper that the device was stolen by the thief Raz, which The Looper goes to. Raz tells them about the message, tells The Looper that the message directs them to The Spire, a place of great interest to him, and asks if The Looper want him to decode in exchange for a few favors.
Raz then sends The Looper to steal an Artifact from The Spire, collect an Talisman from a Spire Guardian, and collect a Wolf fang, Boar tusk and Chicken feathers in order to create a disguise for The Looper to go into The Spire and sample the Zero Point Crystals in the location, which The Looper does so, retrieving the samples and the Device to RarAfterwards Raz tells The Looper to take the device to one of the Guardian Outposts due to their strange magic, which The Looper does so and the device starts playing an audio, saying "Jones knows". The Looper then goes after the Jones snapshots in the island for help regarding The Spire, all of them directing The Looper to Jonesy The First. After The Looper confronts Jonesy The First, he agrees on helping, telling The Looper to not allow The Spire to corrupt someone powerful, telling The Looper to go before it attracts any more attention.
Raz then goes to The Spire, and finds the Spire Artifact, which makes him more powerful and at the same time corrupting him and leaving a snapshot behind in Colossal Crops, the Raz snapshot in Colossal Crops realizes he had commit a huge mistake doing that. Jonesy The First then tells The Looper that Raz wasn't helping them as much as he was helping himself. The Looper then talks to other people, which tell them that the longer Raz has the artifact, the more danger they were in and that Raz was bound to attract attention with the amount of power he has, which makes The Looper and Jonesy The First rush to Raz, now as Glyph Master Raz, to defeat him and take away the Spire Artifact from him.
After the fight, The Looper and Jonesy The First manage to defeat Glyph Master Raz and retrieve the Spire Artifact, however Jonesy The First notes that "Anyone who knows what to look for will see how powerful The Spire is.", then telling The Looper "This isn't the end...".

The simulation leads the Seven to discover that the Island is on the brink of being destroyed, prompting The Seven to recommission the Mecha and to attempt to bring The Paradigm back to the Island.
After an unknown substance called Chrome began to appear on the Island, the remaining members of The Seven go into a secret research base under Sanctuary to research it.
